Hi! my name is yvonne

I just finished my third semester in community college and after the next and final (whew!) one I will be going to the University of California at Davis. It seems a little late but I am a late bloomer. I have three grown children, a boy and 2 girls who have blessed me with grandchildren. My younger daughter came home from Arizona with her son who is 18 months old and is finishing her education here. Life has changed for me in a big way with my grandson in the house. My older daughter moved from southern California earlier this year to the bay area and I now get to see my granddaughter and my grandson grow up and enjoy both of my daughter's company. Life is good even if it is hectic.
I have a love of cooking, sewing and crafts which I haven't had time to do enough of since I've been back in school but I find time to get some in. I will be posting photos of my life and recipes I love as well as the daily grind of going to school which I also happen to love.
